Feeling Relaxed blend contains Lavender, Vetiver, Cedarwood, and Lemon essential oils. These oils all have brilliant properties to help with relaxation.
Lavender with its soft floral aroma promotes calmness and relaxation; Vetiver has a rich grassy aroma that has a grounding effect on emotions, promote calmness and reduce feeling of anxiety; Cedarwood has clean woody aroma and is used for its grounding properties; Lemon has a fresh citrusy aroma that is uplifting.

Directions for use:
For topical or aromatic use only.
Dilute with a carrier oil, (Fractionated Coconut oil, Jojoba Oil or Sweet Almond oil) for skin sensitivity in a 10ml glass roller bottle, up to 15 drops (less for young children). Roll on bottoms of feet, behind ears, and down the spine for added benefits.
Lavender, Vetiver, Cedarwood, and Lemon
Can be used in a diffuser with cooled boiled water or distilled water or added to bath salts before bedtime.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not ingest.
